Metal is the last roof you'll put on

A good metal roof outlasts three or four asphalt shingle replacements. The panel we install comes with a 40-year manufacturer warranty against rust-through and colour fade — meaning if you're 45 years old when we roof your house, this roof will probably outlive the mortgage and then some.

Metal sheds snow properly, resists ice damming, handles Alberta's hail better than shingles, and doesn't go brittle at -40. It's become the default choice for rural homes, shops, cabins, ag buildings, and any commercial building where the owner's doing the math on long-term cost of ownership.

What we install

Ag panel (Metal in Minutes / exposed fastener). The workhorse for shops, ag buildings, and commercial roofs. Fast install, cost-effective, available in most colours. 40-year panel warranty.

Standing seam (hidden fastener). Higher-end panel with concealed fasteners, crisp lines, and longer warranty on the fastener system. Common on houses and cabins where the roof is a visual feature.

Residential profiles. Panels designed for steeper-pitched roofs with residential trim packages — gutters, drip edge, full flashing package, ridge and valley work.

Reroofing a shingled roof. We will tear off the old roof and strap it with #2 2x4's before installing underlay and metal ontop.

Roofing services

New construction. Included in the full build when we're putting up the structure.

Retrofits and reroofs. On a building you already own — tear-off and install.

Partial reroofs and additions. Matching metal on additions, lean-tos, or replacing a section damaged by hail or wind.

Timeline

A typical residential reroof takes 2–4 days once we're on site. Larger commercial reroofs obviously take longer. Scheduling is usually a few weeks.
